That’s Mercedes money, but the special edition is notable for having a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 with 710 hp (529 kW / 720 PS) and 645 lb-ft (874 Nm) of torque. It enables the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 3.5 seconds, run the quarter mile in 11.5 seconds, and hit a top speed of 180 mph (290 km/h).

Besides the almighty engine, the Hellcat Hammerhead has a dark blue Night Moves exterior with a Satin Black hood. The model also has bright exhaust tips and 20-inch Satin Carbon wheels that are backed up by a six-piston Brembo braking system with black calipers.

Inside, there are Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather seats that give the special edition its name. The seats are also notable for featuring embroidered SRT Hellcat logos as well as silver and sepia accent stitching.

Other highlights include a leather and suede steering wheel and forged carbon fiber trim. They’re joined by black chrome accents, a suede headliner, and a “premium wrapped instrument panel.”

Besides the special touches, the model has a sunroof and a wireless smartphone charger. Buyers will also find a 19-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system and a 10.1-inch infotainment system with GPS navigation as well as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead is currently available to order and Dodge is directing people to use the Horsepower Locator at DodgeGarage.com to find a dealer with an allocation. However, the site appears woefully outdated as it only shows the Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI which was introduced in January.

That being said, the special edition will also be offered in Canada for $155,030 CAD. That’s slightly more than the U.S. model, at current exchange rates, but at least the Canucks don’t have to deal with a convoluted ordering process.
